Guests are required to send their identification (ID Card/Passport) and booking confirmation via WhatsApp before arrival. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be subject to additional charges, depending on availability and hotel policy.

Self Check-In & Smart Door Lock Access Tutorial
Self Check-In is easy. Collect your access card from the mailbox at apartment lobby at B1 floor and access your unit with the Smart Door Lock using the PIN sent via WhatsApp.
Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests. Kindly keep noise levels low and avoid activities that may disturb others.
Make sure no personal items are left behind
Close the balcony door and curtains
Turn off all lights and electrical equipment
Throw all garbage into the bin provided
Place the access card back where you received it
Inform us after you have checked out

Before leaving the room, please make sure all personal belongings are taken and the room is left clean and organized.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, please note that durians, mangosteens, pets and ilegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Smoking inside the unit is prohibited. Fine applies.

Gambling, including online betting, is prohibited.

Lost and Found
Items left behind will be kept for a maximum of 24 hours. Please collect your belongings within this period. Unclaimed items after 24 hours may no longer be stored.
